Last night, I left Wind Dancers for my forever-family. I thought they were going to choose my brother but I heard The Lady and The Husband said he was too rowdy and hyper. I'm sure glad they picked me!<br /><br />But before I begin, I should introduce myself. My name is <del>Chuckie</del> Brutus, well, it used to be Chuckie but my new Mommy doesn't like that name... so my new Dad gave me a new name. Brutus... I like it. It's a manly name, ferocious and it's fierce. Just like me!!!<br /><br />Today, I got up really early because It was strange sleeping in a new house. My new home is big... 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, living room, family room and a big yard. It's going to be a lot fun exploring my new place!<br /><br />Anyway, I got up around 5:00 this morning and Mommy was kinda upset, I guess she's not used to getting up this early. We went to a place called Pet Smart and oh boy!... they bought me a lot of stuff. I got some new toys, a collar, leash, <span style="font-style: italic;">(I don't like the collar, it makes my neck itch!)</span> some training pads, and some really good food. But I got really scared because they left me there for a few hours to get groomed... <span style="font-style: italic;">(I like my new haircut!)</span>... I'm just so glad they came back to get me.<br /><br />Tonight, I played fetch with my new Dad and I run up and down the stairs. I got sooo tired after awhile. My Mommy told be to go pee and potty on the pad before bed. When I did, she was so happy and excited and kept telling me I was a good boy. ☺<br /><br />Oh yeah! My new Mom took a bunch of pictures of me; I was getting mad because I really wanted to go to sleep.
